What is required of me to book on Remotely.ng?

You are required to provide relevant information before booking a space. This information and verification process keeps both parties safe and builds trust as the host knows who and what to expect.

Remotely.ng requires you to provide the following:

Full name
Email address
Verified phone number
Introductory message
Agreement to terms and conditions
Receipt of payment/Invoice

For further verification, hosts may require that a valid ID be provided before booking.

You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, or Google account .Signing up and creating a Remotely account is free.

After you sign up, be sure to complete your account before booking a reservation.

We encourage all guests to complete their bookings through our website before meeting in person to best ensure their safety and privacy.

There are many ways to learn more about the place to stay and the host without visiting the property, including:

  • Private messaging
  • Profile verifications
  • Reviews
  • Verified photography

To cancel a reservation :

  1. Go to Bookings and find the trip you want to cancel
  2. Click Change or cancel

**Note that there’s a 5% cancellation fee after the host has accepted the request.

If you’re ready to book a place on Remotely.ng, you can send a request to the host to book a reservation. If you’re unsure about the listing or its availability, you can also send a message to the host.

To send a reservation request:

  1. On a listing, click Request to Book.
  2. Review your reservation details to make sure everything is correct.
  3. Add your payment information
  4. Agree to the policies and terms, including the work culture policy and house rules.
  5. Wait for the host’s response. Most host replies within a few hours.
